National Commercial Bank

Designed and conducted a Train the Trainer program for the bank's mangers. Siraj also designed and conducted an Interviewing Skills program for the bank's supervisors and branch managers.

 

Arab National Bank (ANB)(Al Dirah branch)

We provided several consulting services for the Al Dirah branch of ANB. We designed and implemented the branch's Organizational Structure, Career Development Plan and its formal processes for Job Description and Job Evaluation. We also performed a Training Needs Analysis for the branch.

Saudi Holland Bank (SHB)

Designed and conducted a Selling Skills training program for SHB's customer service managers, representatives and branch managers. We also designed and conducted a Supervisory Skills Development program for the bank's supervisors and branch managers, as well as a Personnel Effectiveness program for clerical staff.

 

Samarec

Our work for Samarec included designing and implementing a Training Plan and carrying out a Training Needs Analysis. We also established the company's Personnel Policies and Procedures and its Manpower Planning processes, as well as providing a bespoke Management Skills Development Program for the organization's managers.

Saudi Cairo Bank (SCB)

We designed and implemented the bank's Performance Appraisal System, as well as two training programs: a Selling Skills program for SCB's customer service managers, representatives and branch managers; and a Supervisory Skills Development program for supervisors and branch managers.

 

Rana Investment

Siraj Consulting was responsible for establishing Rana Investment's Personnel Policies and Procedures as well as its Administration Policies and Procedures.

Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF)
